    As the school year swings back into action here is your reminder as a buyer to always research the school catchment area yourself.⁣

    Here in Brisbane there is no doubt house prices are impacted by which school catchment zone they sit in. ⁣

    Sometimes the closest school or one mentioned near by isn’t always the catchment zone so it is important to double check using the Queensland government website.⁣

    While Brisbane doesn’t celebrate Halloween in all neighbourhoods the streets that do are a sure sign of a neighbourhood full of children.⁣
