This family was fun to work with, basically the brief was ‘find us a home before we move as we don’t want to rent as we have two dogs’. One of those dogs is a real life Hairy Maclary so we couldn’t let him return to Donaldson’s Dairy now. #kidsbook
So through a lot of zooms, videos and calls I found a home and purchased it remotely and the move happened in late 2020.
Their new home is an architects very own home so every aspect has been designed with light and living in mind. So with one single move they are settled and ready for 2021 in their new home.
Well what will 2021 bring??? I am excited to see and ready to rumble. #firstdayback
What amazing homes will be found, who will meet their new neighbours and which moving boxes will sit unpacked the longest.

It’s going to be a lovely Christmas on the back deck for this local family. Purchased off market this newly renovated home ticked all the ‘must have’ and ‘nice to have’ boxes.

Jayne is amazing - she's lovely, extremely knowledgeable about the property market (she pretty much has recommendations for everything!) and is an expert negotiator. Although we're incredibly happy that Jayne found us our dream home so quickly, we're sad that she's not a staple of our weekends anymore. My advice if you are new to Brisbane and looking for a family friendly neighbourhood is get out this Halloween and scope the suburbs under consideration.
While Brisbane doesn’t celebrate Halloween in all neighbourhoods the streets that do are a sure sign of a neighbourhood full of children.

For this local family it’s time to celebrate and enjoy their new home sweet home.
Located not only in Bardon but right on a much loved park, this large family home caught the eye of many buyers. With a north facing backyard, all the rooms perfectly placed for easy living it was obvious a multi offer scenario was going to unfold.

My first home buyer has just settled, is moving in today and I was excited to be the first official visitor.
When it comes to a little present I love to deliver something that was part of our journey.
Let me explain:
At one of the properties we inspected everything was ideal and lots of things to love. Afterwards we were debriefing when my client mentioned ‘even the shampoo was my dream shampoo’. We laughed at this little comment as we sipped our coffees.
So when it came to settlement gift I went back to the video from this property, googled the colours from the bottle until I found the right brand, tracked it down here in Brisbane - and you guessed it from a fancy hairdresser in New Farm and today I got to deliver it and she is so excited 😆.
Oh the memories of unpacking in your first home sweet home! Work with someone who listens to every little thing you say because these are the things that matter.
