These newly-weds who had recently moved from interstate engaged us to help them buy their first home. After many weekends feeling overwhelmed searching different property types and areas we came on board to provide focus and guidance. We were able to identify pretty quickly after listening to their needs that a townhouse would suit them perfectly.
 
We reached out to our industry contacts to find multiple stunning townhouses providing our clients with off-market options to consider and ultimately securing one of these .
 
Their new home is a luxury 4 bedroom townhouse with mountain and nature 🌳 reserve views and only a 20 minute drive 🚗 to work. With Summer ☀️ well underway the complex’s resort style pool 🏊🏻‍♀️ will come in very handy in the coming months.

Our client was wanting convenience at their doorstep and a lovely larger low maintenance unit. After checking out some of Brisbane’s best neighbourhoods we honed in on Ashgrove as the ideal choice with easy access to work in the CBD.

We were able to source a number of options quickly even when there are few modern apartment blocks in this leafy neighbourhood. It was this one that caught their attention and we could see why. This 3 bedroom top floor unit, close to the action and in one of the best units blocks was secured off market.

Well there you go I made it to 5 years of business. 🧡💚💙🧡💚 In the early days of starting my business, I remember hearing the odds of a small business failing in the first 5 years was over 80%. To add to this daunting statistic, I was also jumping into the Real Estate industry from the highly regulated Corporate world.

What an exciting time for our client who we recently assisted to buy their first home. Within 10 days of engaging us we had secured this fantastic, renovated 3-bed townhouse in Kedron for them. We’re thrilled to have been able to make the home buying experience a resounding success.⁣

The brief was to find a 2-bed unit or townhouse within a 40 min commute to the CBD. What they ended up with was a generous sized 3-bed townhouse less than 20 minutes from the CBD in a fantastic and convenient area they had not considered. ⁣
